Owner at Titan Capital Group
Chad King is the Owner and CEO of Titan Capital Group, a Nashville-based real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and operating commercial properties across the Southeast. Since founding the company in 2017, he has grown its portfolio to over $182 million in assets under management, including 1,675 multifamily units, 356 self-storage units, four mobile home parks, and two office buildings.
In addition to his work at Titan Capital Group, Chad leads King Acquisitions LLC, a sales and negotiations training company that coaches teams on acquiring both commercial and residential real estate investments. His career also includes leadership roles in sales at Blackjack Real Estate and Xerox.
A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Finance, Chad is also a Cardone University–trained sales professional. He is passionate about real estate education, deal-making, and fostering a growth mindset in business.
