Rohit Sood is a seasoned finance and investment leader with over two decades of experience spanning investment management, fintech, and corporate advisory. He is the Managing Partner at The Commodore Group, where he oversees private investment partnerships focused on acquiring high-quality public companies at valuations below intrinsic value through a disciplined, bottom‑up approach. As President of Fintuitive, he leverages automated data analysis and machine learning to deliver actionable financial insights to institutional investors, portfolio managers, and public companies.

Previously, Rohit played a pivotal role in scaling Forward Financing from $2M to over $30M in annual revenue, led strategic partnerships in fintech, and advised on M&A and capital raising as SVP in Investment Banking at FBR. His career also includes founding a software services firm, IAJ Local Media, and early engineering research published in the Journal of Manufacturing Processes.

Rohit holds an MBA in Finance & Management from Columbia Business School and an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
