Jason Patrick Gorman is a seasoned attorney with a diverse background in real estate and commercial development. After earning his B.S. in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University in 1995, Jason embarked on a career in commercial development in the Washington, D.C. area. He later returned to Ohio to launch a construction and development company, followed by a full-service real estate brokerage.
Driven by a passion for law, Jason pursued his J.D. at the University of Dayton School of Law, graduating in 2012. Following law school, Jason and his wife, a native Texan, relocated their family to Austin, Texas, where he quickly became a partner in a boutique real estate law firm and, in 2018, founded Ten31 Texas, LLC, a 1031 Qualified Intermediary.
Outside of his professional life, Jason has been happily married for over 20 years and is the proud father of two daughters. He and his family enjoy traveling and have visited more than half of the National Parks in the US. Jason and his wife also enjoy challenging outdoor adventures.
Among their many adventures, they have hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu, and the West Coast Trail along the coast of Canada, but their biggest adventure yet came in 2024 when then completed the Texas Water Safari, a grueling 260-mile canoe race known as the “World’s Toughest Canoe Race.”
